 POWER YOGA

A dynamic Vinyasa-style yoga class designed to cultivate physical strength and mental focus. This practice connects breath with movement, flowing through postures with steadiness and intention. With an emphasis on concentration and a benevolent spirit, you'll find a deeper connection within. Use of gaze (drishti) enhances focus, helping to quiet the mind and deepen your practice. Perfect for starting your day with clarity and strength!

BALANCED BANDS YOGA

A fusion of yoga, resistance training, and mindful stretching designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. A gentle yoga flow warms up the body, then using resistance bands and light weights, you'll engage in purposeful, resistance based movements that strengthen and stretch  your muscles simultaneously. Traditional savasana  allows you to relax deeply and integrate the benefits of your practice. Balanced Bands Yoga is perfect for finding balance and ease to start your week.

ME-TIME MONDAY

Start the week off right and treat yourself to this foundational flow practice. This class is accessible to all levels and is perfect for anyone looking to ease into their week. The sequences focus on poses that will help you strengthen, stretch and unwind as you enjoy your own personal, inward experience. This practice rounds off with the soothing sounds of the Crystal Bowls!

ENERGY VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Join us for Energy Vinyasa Flow, an invigorating all-levels yoga class that blends strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. This dynamic practice will leave you energized (and ready to flow seamlessly into our Fit-lates Pilates Fusion group fitness class).  Energize your evening with the perfect yoga-fitness combination!

MYOFASCIAL YOGA 

This yoga practice focuses on the fascia—the connective tissue that supports and shapes your body—using specialized movements to deepen your practice and improve natural movement, posture, and flexibility.

In each session, you'll learn to connect with your body from the inside out, discovering how your fascia works to support pain-free movement in daily life. Together, we'll explore gentle, fascia-focused techniques designed to tap into your body’s natural self-healing abilities.

This approach draws from the innovative work of Reverend Dr. Joanne Avison, Paul Thornley (Myofascial Magic in Action), and Christine Wushke (Myofascial Yoga Institute of Canada).

CORE HARMONY VINYASA YOGA

This balanced and synchronized practice integrates core work seamlessly within the flow of vinyasa yoga, promoting harmony between strength, flexibility, and mindful movement.

GENTLE FLOW-BLEND YOGA

SERENITY FLOW-YOGA

Ease into relaxation with Serenity Flow, our gentle yoga class designed to help you release tension and restore balance. This soothing practice combines gentle movements with the grounding and calming effects of (optional) essential oils, creating a tranquil place to unwind. Discover your moment of calm!

GENTLE STRETCH & SIP YOGA

Join us for Gentle Stretch & Sip, where yoga meets your favorite morning brew- coffee, chai, tea! This calming class blends gentle stretches and mindful flows with optional sips of your drink throughout the practice, helping you wake up mindfully. Enjoy your morning cup while connecting with yourself and others. The perfect, relaxing start to your day, and a refreshing way to ease into the weekend. Enjoy one of our variety of hot beverages, or come with your favorite!

"Barreless" Sculpt is a full-body workout  that combines barre and ballet inspired movements with Pilates and strength training- all without the use of a traditional barre. Through small, controlled movements and high repetitions, this class targets and tones muscles, improves posture, and enhances flexibility. Designed for all fitness levels, it helps sculpt and lengthen your body while building core strength and endurance.
